Diabetes is that sickness which kills a human body itself as a wood damaged by carpenter ants. This sickness could be in blood and urine. Diabetes is a lifelong disease.
In diabetes the cells of body lose their main source of energy. Diabetes can cause of many complications. Diabetes is due to either the pancreas not producing enough insulin or cells of the body not responding properly to the insulin produced.

Normally There are several signs could be happen in body structure if you have Diabetes.

 #1- At home if you want to check your sugar, just pee on a open place then check this
place after an hour if you are diabetes positive person then you would found some ants on that place.
 #2-Day by day the patient become weak, Sugar in blood makes human bones and joint so
weak, they may become unstable, swollen or deformed. It called Osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition in which the bones become less thick because bones couldn’t get enough calcium.
#3-Body become so weak, patient feels so much thirst and hunger, its not important that Diabetes cause of sweet things.
#4- Unfortunately its very hard for diabetes patient to perform intercourse properly, they can loss orgasm.
 #5- Diabetes is a chronic disease where your body can’t use glucose, or sugar, the way it should. It can cause a number of complications, including some that make it harder for wounds to heal. In Diabetes when the body’s natural defenses are down, even a minor wound may become infected.

Diabetes is a very serious disease. There are some ways to avoid diabetes complications.

1-Stop Smoke Smoking increases your risk of various diabetes complications including. Smoking Reduced blood flow in the legs and feet. Heart disease Stroke Eye disease, Nerve damage Kidney disease Talk to your doctor about ways to help you stop smoking or using other type of tobacco.

Keep your blood pressure and cholesterol under control.

 Eating a healthy, reduced fat and spicy diet and exercising regularly can go a long way toward controlling high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Take Milk without cream, Add eating fish in your regular diet .
In fruits these fruits are very useful like peach, jambolan, guava.

 In vegetables bitter gourds .

Yogurt is also very usful.

Become stress free if you’re stressed its easy to neglect your stress. At the end 95% experts claim and agreed that Major cause of Diabetes is Stress/tension.
