10 useful fruits and man's nature / healthy fruits to eat / what fruits are healthy

 10 fruits and their benefits.

If I start from the actual creation of human being I think it's not a  wrong idea.In the Bible the book of Genesis tells us how God created first human named Adam.God created Adam with the soil or dust of this earth. For him He also managed his Food which  comes after some hard working (harvest).these all things comes from the dust of this land.Because Adam was made by dust so surely dust need dusty things for a automatic medication of this body. 

Sometime I compared,man made expensive or luxury cars and jets or trains.But what a unique creation of God, praise the Lord almighty. luxury cars don't have ability to move only a single mile without fuel.but man can walk 100 of miles and survive 40 days and nights without food and water ..according to Bible... Jesus fasted of 40 days ..

Another example luxury cars don't have ability to cure itself automatically. But human body have ability to cure itself automatically when it have cut even if your bone got broken it can cure sometimes  automatically with the help of some medication..

In last year 2021 I got an accident in which my clavicle bone was fractured but doctors said don't worry it will healed automatically by taking some Calcium medicine with milk. My clavicle bone properly healed after one month. isn't miracle? Praise to be the lord our creator 

so creator of every thing in this universe is great ...man is nothing... 

so my topic was some lands fruits which was made for human..

so I found 10 common fruits which are very useful for human body ..

Its also increase your hunger and make body healthy. 


2=Watermelon.

3=Banana 


Banana helps in production of white blood cells in human body. Banana is very good for heart as well it increases your weight.
