Diabetes (part 2)




It is my second article about Diabetes, because some readers asked something more about Diabetes cure. I am really thankful for all those friends who appreciated my first diabetes article. That’s why I decided to write something new and useful cure for diabetes.

Diabetes patients, deal with health problems every single day. personally I met a lot of diabetes patients, its my experience that If diabetes is poorly controlled or treated without well knowledge it may lead to, limb amputation, stroke, high blood pressure, nerve damage, blindness, kidney disease, blood vessel damage, infection, heart disease, and somewhere it can cause of coma. In my last article I already gave some useful tips that how to control it, I reviewed that list which I got not enough that’s why im going to give you a new list of some home cures for diabetes that includes food and exercise for weight control and blood sugar levels.

Vegetables and fruits: fresh vegetables (uncooked food) is the best medicine for all types of diseases. They are naturally full of special and essential proteins. They are not diluted with chemicals. Food such as sprouts, fruits, juices, nuts and so on can be taken raw. Eating a diet rich in fibre helps the body to absorb sugars slowly, which in turn keeps blood sugar levels balanced. Soluble type of fibre does the best job of stabilising blood sugar levels. Apples, apricots, beets, berries, carrots, citrus fruits, parsnips, and winter squash are some fruits and vegetables which are rich in soluble fibre. Soluble fibre is also helpful in lowering elevated LDL cholesterol levels, a serious problem in many people with diabetes.

Exercise : Exercise is a prospect way to control the diabetes by nonmedical means. Yoga style is the best way to keep your diabetes under control. The energy needed for exercise can help people to lose weight which helps to take some of the risk related to central obesity. Exercise is known to increase insulin sensitivity. Doing exercise regularly can also help to reduce cholesterol levels and help people to reduce high blood pressure.

Green tea: studies show that chronic inflammation caused by high fat foods lack of exercise, and eating good fats can increase risk of heart attacks and thwart the body’s ability to absorb blood sugar. A simple solution drink green tea. It is unfermented and hence has high polyphenol content It have powerfull inflammation fighter and increase insulin activity. Rope in one cup of green tea every day and see the effects.

  Isabgol: Also known as psyllium husk is often used as a laxative. When it mix in water, it swells to form a gel-like substance. Medicines commonly used in diabetic treatment, which can upset your stomach for which isabgol works as a save guard.






 Egg whites : eggs are perfect muscles building food as they contain the highest quality protein. Eating egg whites is an excellent option to prevent diabetes.










Citrus fruits: studies show that people with diabetes tend to have lower levels of vitamin C in their bodies, so antioxidant packed citrus fruit is a great snack choice. Grapefruit, orange, lemons, and limes have insulin like properties.














 Nuts: It reveals those who eat peanuts every day cut their risk of developing diabetes by as much as 21 % , take some walnuts, almonds or cashews and dip them in a glass of water at night and eat them early morning before breakfast. It can work more wonders, people who eat nuts everyday have lower rates of heart disease than people who don’t eat.
