Eyes are great blessing. Our eyes are vital for seeing the world around us. But vision can be effected by the atmosphere or ageing process. Also there are some exercises that make your eyes stress free and to maintain a healthy look. Cucumber


 Take an ice cold cucumber and cut into thick slices. Relax your head and place there slices on your closed eyes. Keep it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Cucumber is widely known home remedies for dark under eyes. This practice will give you relax and brightness to your tired eyes.

Milk

Beauty tips are incomplete without the inclusion of raw milk. Cold milk is one of the best remedy for bright eyes that reduces puffiness and tiredness of eyes. Take a glass of cold milk dip into some small cotton balls, while you are laying on the bed in relax position place these cottons on your closed eyes for 10 minutes.


 Rose water

Rose water is very effective to soothe, reduce and heal eyes strain and provide you with
attractive and sparkling eye. It has pleasant fragrance that can benefit the skin in many different ways. Rose water is just wonderful for eyes it contains antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Take a small bowl with a few teaspoons of cool rose water. Soak two cotton pads in the rose water and place them on your eyelids. Leave it on for 10 minutes you will have a soothing experience with this home remedy.

Coconut

In Asia it is common people use to drink coconut raw juice. It is very effective not only for eyes but also it makes skin brighten and healthy. In beauty industry coconut oil is very important for beauty and health. It reduces puffiness around eyes along with wrinkles and fine lines. The best thing about this remedy is this that it is very common. You just pour
some coconut oil on your palms and apply it around your eyes. Massage gently with your fingers and leave it on for 2 to 3 hours then wash off with water.





 Exercise the eyes

You can do some simple eye exercise to relax your eyes. It works better if you can practice this before going on bed. Take a pen and move it horizontally and vertically in front of your eyes. Try to focus your eyes on the tip of the pen.
