Some necessary skin care tips


These are some common tips for every type of skin. If you’ll add these tips in your daily routine and make these your habit, then your skin never damage ever, lot of factors effects on our skin, these are from outside and inside..outside like sharp rays of sun, dust, Electrical rays like mobile and others, and changes of weather.. Factors which effect on our skin and body are 80% related with our inside body system like food, water, air, medicines mentally stress, joys happiness, worries a lot …. 1=(Water) Everyday before breakfast take a glass of lukewarm water with adding a half lemon or take a glass of water Add one teaspoon of honey.
 2=Use soap only made by Well known or familiar Companies. Dettol soap or Dettol liquid is antiseptic disinfectant can use for Skin cleaning it’s the best.
 3=It would be good if before applying soap ,First massage your face with mixture of lukewarm water and face wash. 4=Then wash with plain water
 5=In medical point of view we should use our own towel and kept apart from others
 6=after removing makeup clean your face properties.
 7=Use cosmetics only made by trusted and well known brands.
8=Use base or creams according to your skin type.
9=wash your face at least twice a day.
10=after removing makeup always use cleanser.

In this Modern life many people eat more unhealthy foods, eat bigger food portions, and be less active. As a result, the number of people  are over weight or obese (very overweight and unneeded )has been rising. About 1 in 3  adults is now obese, and another 1 in 3 is overweight.Being overweight or obese can have far-reaching health consequences.
Extra  body weight increases a person’s risk for:

1-Heart disease.
2-diabetes.
3-High blood pressure.
4-High cholesterol levels.
5-Stroke.
6-Liver and gallbladder disease.
7-Sleep apnea and respiratory problems.
8-Arthritis.
9-Abnormal menstrual periods and infertility in women.
10-Certain cancers

Overweight and obese people, on average, do not live as long as people who stay at a healthy body weight throughout their lives.Not only are more adults overweight or obese, but more children are, too. Among children and teens, about 17% are now obese. This number is about 3 times higher than it was a few decades ago, although it has leveled off in recent years.

Some of the same health problems affecting obese adults can also affect obese children. These include heart disease risk factors such as high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure, as well as asthma, sleep apnea, type 2 diabetes, muscle and joint problems, and liver disease. Obese children and teens are also at higher risk for social and psychological problems, such as discrimination and poor self-esteem.Overweight and obese children and teens aremore likely to have weight problems as adults, too.
